Enter your Softphone App; Click Dial Pad; Dial number and press the Green Call Button | |
How to transfer a call (Attended) | |
Whilst in call press the + button to add a call | |
Dial the Number you wish to Transfer To | |
If you wish to continue transfer; Press the 3 dots. If you wish to go back to your original call. Press the Red Hangup Button and the Call should resume To create a Conference Call; Press the Two Arrows that Merge Button (Bottom Right on Android Advices above Hangup Button | |
To continue transfer; Press Transfer after pressing the 3 Dots. Then select the Original Call. The call then should complete. | |
