Welcome to the Quick Guide to your Included Telephony Features on your Bespoke Telephony Solutions Phone System

By standard your phones will arrive in a "Activation Mode". Please dial 1234 from your phone to speak with our IT Helpdesk to organise activation. We will go through the below features and discuss how you wish for your service to be configured. Your phones will then go live within 48 hours.

Dialing 7 will allow you pickup an Incoming call from Any Extension [Should you have multiple extensions] (Setup will be required by the BTS IT Helpdesk)
Dialing 1 will allow you to listen to your Voicemail Box [If Enabled]
